Frequently Asked Questions

We have customers all over the world and we have been delivering seeds for almost a decade. Our stealth packaging guarantees delivery, so customs will not find the seeds. We guarantee delivery.

Your bank transcript will not have any marijuana related payments on it and the package itself has no marijuana references on it.

We only ship out high-quality products and guarantee our seeds are the best out there.

If payment fails, then check the following:

  • Did you use your official credit card billing address? Otherwise your payment might not be processed. (An alternative shipping address can be entered)
  • Do you have sufficient funds on the card?
  • If you are using an “IP anonymizer” or “VPN / Proxy” the card fraud checks might block your transaction.
  • Check with your Card provider if there is a restriction on your card for overseas purchases.

As with most online stores, your card info is processed by a secured third party company. We ourselves do not see or store your credit card information.

If you selected to pay by bank, cash or Bitcoin and have not yet paid, contact us for cancellation.

If you selected to pay by credit card, look up the order status:

  • An order that has not yet been paid will automatically close after 48 hours.
  • If your order is already paid you can request a cancellation and refund. Your personal information will be deleted from our system.
  • If your order is already shipped, it is not possible to cancel and refund your order.

Your order usually ships within 2 days after payment confirmation but it sometimes takes a few days for stock to come in.

Don’t worry if it takes a couple of days before you hear from us. Behind the scene we’re working hard on preparing your order.

Once your order has shipped, it usually takes between 2 and 10 business days for your order to arrive. The average shipping time is 4 days.

Fertilizers are shipped separately from seeds.

If your order does not arrive, we will in all fairness ship your seeds again. For free!

We maintain the following re-shipping conditions:

  • Most packages arrive within 2 weeks. Delayed shipments usually arrive in the following 2 weeks. Re-shipping takes place after 25 business days. 
  • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived in 25 business days. If you do not contact us, we will mark your order as received after 60 days.
  • We print your address exactly as you enter it. If an incorrect entry leads to a lost shipment we don’t reship for free. However, as a small token of our sympathy you will get a discount code for your next order.
  • If we re-ship, we ship the exact same seeds you originally ordered.

Keep them cold, dark and dry and your seeds will be viable indefinitely. We suggest keeping the seeds in a dark container with silica packets or rice in the refrigerator.

They will last, but we recommend growing your seeds within 12 months.
